However, we realize that our Customers operate businesses which may collect personal information relating to Customer Clients who are children in connection with their business activities. Our Customers are responsible for ensuring that verifiable parental consent has been obtained for the collection and use of the children's personal information as well as complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and any other relevant legislation.

We will promptly comply with any verified parental request to delete the personal information held about a child and to cease providing any communication to a child.

The Services are operated and DojoFlo is located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using and/or participating in our Servicesand/or providing us with your information, you agree and acknowledge and consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other countries and territories. These other jurisdictions may have different privacy laws from your home jurisdiction and provide different levels of protection of personal information. DojoFlo does have processes and procedures in place to provide adequate levels of protection to protect the transfer of data from the European Union. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year. Not all information sharing is covered by the California "Shine the Light" requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

California Do Not Track (DNT): Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
